Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation email inside the box.
Generate Shipping Label
Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label, or choose to ship the package via your preferred carrier to our California distribution center.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an email containing a digital gift card for the full value of your returned merchandise.
